18U NATIONAL – 2023 IDT 18U LOUISVILLE CHAMPIONS!
Some highlights for the week:
– Emmy Bowne (CSP Commit) pitched phenomenal in bracket play. She started all five games facing 132 batters and only giving up 22 hits carrying a 1.273 ERA.
– Over the week, Lexi Monty (CSP Commit) led the team at the plate with a .452 average with 14 hits in 31 at bats. She also had two clutch HRs in the championship game.
– Siri Springer (UWEC Commit) had a home run in the third bracket game to put the team on top 5-2. Springer also hit a solo shot in the championship game to get the 18U National team on the board.
– Bryleigh Dana (CSP Commit) not only did a tremendous job behind the plate during bracket play, she also led the team in bracket play with a .500 average and 6 hits!
– Emma Ambroz (UMD Commit) and Norah Levenhagen had two SC Top 10 catches in the outfield to save runs.
